The workers did an amazing job,nAt atmosphere is excellent,nThe place is clean, there are parking available,nOnce again please do not stay away from your car too or else when you come back for you car you will not meet YOUR car,nAnd that can cost a lot of money to get back you car .nnThe Doctor did an excellent job,nVery Kindhearted, caring honest Fantastic I am very blessed to have Him as my Doctor.nnThank you so much for your time have a great evening and restful night.

This is by far the worst ever clinic. I've been seeing my dr. for over 30 years, and I could not get an appointment with him. They are very confused and confusing and extremely rude and absolutely nasty. I'm sorry I ever went here. Go to another place, please!!

Turned away from my appointment to vaccinate my 9 week old baby due to being slightly over 10 minutes late. Receptionist categorically refused to ask the professional if they had space left and told me i should leave withour vaccinating my child and said there are no other appointments available for 2 months. Receptionist was rude, unhelpful and denied medical care to a newborn baby due a policy that simply does not exist. As per the CLSC website, they are to check if the medical professional is available to meet you after the appointment. This Receptionist claimed the appointment was already cancelled but we received a notifcation of cancellation hours later, because they likely had space. If you are vaccinating children here, be early. I have a feeling that the receptionist is simply anti vax or simply chose to discriminate against my son for some other reason.

I arrived on time for my baby’s vaccine appointment, but had to change her diaper once we got there it only took me 15 minutes The nurse refused to wait and told us we had to book another appointment. As a result, my 4 month old baby was left without her vaccine and now there are no appointments available anywhere this month ! I would have understood if it was during the day and other patients were waiting, but this was the last appointment of the day. We even saw the nurse leaving right after speaking with us. Honestly, I’m now relieved she didn’t vaccinate my baby someone that unkind shouldn’t be dealing with children.

A family relative receives daily treatment at this CLSC. I find the service genuinely disappointing. The lack of care when treating a patient is evident — it feels like they don’t bother to listen or make any adjustments to meet the patient’s needs. It should be part of their job to ensure that the patient doesn’t feel any discomfort and is satisfied with the service they provide. Good care is essential for the sake of the patient’s health. If the job isn’t done properly, it could lead to worse injuries or complications — which, sadly, has already happened
