Not having a doctor, I like so many others, had to search for an appointment online. It’s like playing the lottery. I finally found an appointment at this clinic. When I arrived, I was seen almost immediately, first by a very professional and dedicated nurse who took all my info and then by a doctor who, even though run off her feet, spent the time necessary to understand and help me with my health issues. I was very impressed with the quality of care at this clinic. Thank you.
Terrible clinic with the worst service you can get. Their website doesn’t work and each time I want to see my family doctor, I have to call and stay on the ligne for hours. If you leave a message, they won’t call you back. If you send an email, they won’t reply. After one hour if you’re lucky and they do answer, your appointment won’t be sooner than 3 weeks. And then you go there and they tell you that you didn’t take an appointment at all. Can you imagine how frustrating that is? Other doctors have helped me more in other clinics tha my own family doctor. Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid
Horrible with the call center, Theybput you on hold for half of day. They're not extention number to speech with a reception are anything. It's a he'll Zone!! Sad I can't reach my Doctor.. I being calling for 3days straight No Answer they say leave msg and they'll call back. I do leave msg and they never return my call.. We Needs Help how to fine a way how to book appointments. This is very sad Not sure if I can turn to the media for Help!!!!
I've revised my review. Their automated system saying that somebody will get back to me made me sceptical based on past experience. But, surprisingly, I received a call! Thanks! Sustain this and you'll increase from "3 to 5"! Give credit where credit is due!
HORRIBLE!!! They NEVER have a doctor available. Even knowing that I have a family doctor there!!!! I always get an appointment and they cancel the appointment the next day. They really don’t care if it’s urgent or if they keep canceling on you for months! the receptionists are super rudes. Terrible expérience every single time I need to see a doctor. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
I needed a letter for travel after Covid recovery. I went in person and the receptionist very curtly told me to book online. When you try that on Bonjour Sante you have to pick a date and time in 15 minute slots which all show unavailable. I asked what a doctor's travel letter would cost and they emailed me to book online. New appointments are made available at 5 PM and you have to be ready to jump on them like concert tickets. This is remeniscent of the service 40 years ago at the motor vehicle bureau. Not impressed. For $75 I will do a Telemedicine alternative at Clinique Voyageur.
It is very difficult to make an appointment or talking to someone on the phone. And if you do have an appointment it can takes you a while before you finally get served. If you take public transportation there's only one line that serves this area and it has a low frequency for Montreal bus lines standard. Good thing there's a Pharmaprix downstairs if you want to buy something as it is the only retail store in the area.
Difficulty to book online is through the roof. Rudely told to go home 3 times in 1 week while the clinic is empty. The reception are dismissive and hate their jobs. Don't want to help. Can't look in your eye when they tell you to go away.
This clinic has the absolute worst booking system. They’re not authorized to book anything for you on the phone after they transfer you to another department for 30 times and on their outdated website if you don’t have a ramq number you have no chance of booking anything . You can’t walk in to get an appointment either . Useless waste of time and resources. So much for a “walk in clinic” . I’m still waiting for an email response from them .
I have been waiting for over an hour past my appointment time and I still haven’t heard from you guys. This is super inappropriate and unprofessional. I have not been contacted if the appointment has been delayed or cancelled. I cannot contact anyone to ask because you don’t provide a functional phone line. All of your voicemail boxes were full and my appointment was supposed to be at 5:45pm. It is now 7:00pm. I scheduled the appointment for a convenient time and you all expect us to call when we’re running late or cancelling so get it together before people stop using your clinic. ‍
