First time I went it was with a French Dr. (Sorry do not remember his name) and I was honestly disappointed. He did not seem very attentive and kind of just rushed through it all. Barely spoke or gave me any advise. I thought because I have a "teacup" yorkie (only weighed 1.6lbs @ the time) that he may take an extra look or two at him but no not even.
Second time I went it was with a Mexican Dr. (I think his name was Dr. Medley?) WOW he was amazing! He spent the first 2 min getting to know my puppy and being extra nice to him. He was asking me a lot of good questions and giving me compliments on him. He checked him thoroughly and gave me some kind words of encouragement moving forward. He even provided him with some treats while he was getting his shots to make it smoother. Really glad I met that Dr.

Very disappointed with the employee and wife of Dr Lieber. They renovated and added 2 pillows on the bench in the waiting room for decoration. My Yorkie was going to ly on one of the pillows and an employee was very rude saying the pillows weren't for the dogs nor was the bench. I asked her so maybe if the vet's office is not for the animals should we be bringing our animals here? I told her that something that is not suitable for animals shouldn't be in the waiting room. I've been bringing both our family dogs here for several years and we had to put one down there in July. I asked to speak to Dr. Lieber who is the owner and one employee told me, "Sure I'm his wife!' with a smirk on her face. Was this an intimadation tactic I had no idea of their relation. I mean really? He never did come to speak to me. When I paid my bill his wife was very sarcastic and was mocking me. I was totally disappointed and disgusted. I barely could talk because I had just been to my own doctor and I have a severe sinus infection and laryngitis. Dr. Lieber's wife gave me an estimation of 395$ for the following treatments my dog is to receive but she never gave me the slip for my visa payment or a written receipt for he medications I paid. I have no idea what she charged me. I asked if the vet who saw my dog worked at any other clinic. She answered with a condescending attitude that he did in Hochelaga- Maisonneuve; a neighbourhood where you don't find broken glass and garbage on the sidewalks. A paying client was complaining about that and the parking.

I love how attentive and nice they are with my dog. They're very honest and won't charge you for unnecessary procedures or tests. Also, they recently renovated and the place looks amazing and clean. I won't bring my dog anywhere else, except for the 24 hr emergency if necessary. Oh yes and one last thing, they charge less for the special pet food than other vets.

Waited an hour to be seen, they didn't take the blood draw correctly, and they never returned any of my follow-up calls. Very disappointing service, I will be taking my cats elsewhere from now.

Been going to Pilet since I can remember bringing my grandfathers pets there, I started with Dr pilet himself then he retired and I got to meet the sweetest vet Dr Varess, she also recently retired and now I bring my dog to see Dr Liebert, I have only good things to say about this clinic, CLEAN, HONEST, and they dont take advantage of the love we have for our pets by killing our bank account, they are truly there with good intentions. Caroline at reception is # 1 at giving advice and helping out with travel documents, I would never go anywhere else.. Thank you for all the love you have shown to Cocotte & I :)
