I apologize but being on hold for 50 minutes and hearing the countdown “you are now caller number 8 inline” all the way down to “you are caller number 1 and will be answered by the next available agent” and then the system says “leave a message after the tone… beep” is extremely unsatisfactory.nThe doctors we have met with over the last few years have been very good . The management of this clinic is very poor. And the client / customer service is worth only one star as it is the minimum .
Unfortunately, the only way to contact my family doctor is through the clinic and when I waited for nearly 30 minutes for a reply about the faxed colonoscopy exam to a hospital they could not be sure that it was sent to which number or hospital. It was supposed to be faxed 10 days ago and after many following up on, I found out nothing was received by Lachin Mc. Gill hospital.nI did not see such irresponsibility so far.
Used to be able to get appointments here, try to call for an appointment, they tell you to go on Clic Santé. No appointments available at any time of day. Service is absolutely horrendous. Avoid this garbage.
Very happy with the care I received. From the receptionist to the nurse and Dr Pham. Dr Pham was very thorough, patient and gave me the time I needed.
I visit my primary care physician. Appointments can be scheduled online. The receptionists are polite and the wait time to see my doctor is reasonable.
