I went to this clinic for a check-up today as scheduled. The whole process took 1 hour and 45 minutes and went very smoothly. The receptionist at the front desk was particularly nice. She had short hair that reached her ears and looked very energetic. Her eyes were big and beautiful, and her smile was even more dazzling than the diamond stud in her left ear. The doctor Alexander NORMANDIN was also very patient and professional. He arranged for me to have the necessary tests and then I went to the pharmacy to get the medicine as per the prescription for my back pain. The human body is fragile, and when you are sick, you feel very uncomfortable. However, both the environment and the attitude of every staff member in this clinic made me feel very comfortable. A pleasant mood is also very helpful for recovery. I highly appreciate this clinic and wish everyone good health and a happy life.
On my second visit to the Clinic MedNam I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Dr Normandin Constantin. In a few words he was able to dispel my fears and anxiety relating to my blood pressure. Thank you Dr for your wisdom and understanding.
Whatever you do ,please don't go to this clinic for any consult . I have always had terrible service with this clinic. Always .Even when I decided to get a private consult ,after waiting on the phone for up to an hour , the receptionist was not only rude ,he showed that he didn't even like my Dr and wanted me to book a private consult with another doctor .Terrible service .Terrible customer service .I will be transferring my files to another clinic ASAP .
Phone service is CRAZY! Waiting nearly an hour over the phone expecting to speak to an agent. Finally after being the next caller in line we are FORCED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE!! What is the point of waiting? If I wanted to leave a message I would have just done so?nnWhat a joke.nnEDIT: forgot to mention that while waiting in queue you even face the chance of getting outright disconnected mid wait.
I've never had any issues with this clinic thus far. The receptionists have always been polite and helpful to me. Dr. Coulombe is a wonderful and kind doctor and I'm glad to be a patitent of hers.
