As soon as I walked into the clinic I felt at ease as it was so well organized. Met with the receptionist within 5 minutes of my entry and she asked me the required questions in a very polite and helpful manner. Did not wait more than 2 minutes to meet with the nurse who in turn took my blood pressure and completed what was necessary on the computer in order for me to meet the doctor. She was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable she made me feel like I mattered. Within 20 minutes I met with Dr S. Ouahnoun who went over my file, asked me questions concerning my issue, listened to me intently and there was never a moment where I felt rushed. She was very patient and kind. A first rate professional experience. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Clinic is completely unreachable. They do not answer their phones or call you back ever if you leave a message. It’s also not possible to book an appointment online even when you try right at 630 like they tell you. Just another testament to our awesome healthcare system in Quebec!
Second visit at this clinic. Yes, getting an appointment is hard but I managed to get both appointments via RVSQ after loading the page numerous times. Triage was quick and both doctors I saw were amazing and straight to the point. Overall time spent at the clinic: 25mins first appointment & approx 25-30 mins second appointment. I do not have a family doctor at this clinic so I can only speak from a sans rdv standpoint. Customer service was ok, nothing to complain about. Best of luck to all.
The receptionist physically assaulted me because she thought I was videotaping her. I wasn't videotaping her. I had my phone in my hands to write her name on my notes. I started recording her when she aggressively approached me. I told her I wasn't recording her before she attacked me, but she continued to come to me to attack me. Her name is Sabrina. She works as a receptionist at Mednam Lachine, Located at 2000 Rue Notre Dame, Office 301, Montreal QC H8S 2G4
I reserved online the day before. Got there on time. Very fast service. It was my first time. To note that it looked like it wasnt a busy day, so your experience might vary. However, the receptionist was nice and Dr. Huang very explicative and kind.
Excellent. Waited less than 5 minutes. Receptionists very respectful and helpful. The nurse was great. Dr. Bussier is an angel in disguise. I would go back but it's a bit far. I give them 5 out of 5.
Just a heads up for anyone visiting this clinic, you only have 10 minutes with the doctor, and they will only listen to 3 of your illness. So if you have multiple problems, plan yourself accordingly.
Good luck if you speak to the doctors in English. They will give you their worst service. Rude staff. Do better.
The staff and doctors are very friendly and professional, they show a real interest in their patients.
If I could give 0. Avoid this place. It’s a joke. Doctor didn’t bother to call me to tell me my X-ray result. Guy who keeps answering phone calls doesn’t make sense. Quacks out of Quacks.
