I have been going to this clsc for a couple of months after my surgery. I kept getting infections and at one point even needed a VAC. The nurses are incredible. I’ve dealt with 10 different nurses and each one was amazing. They were so sweet, informative and patient with me. They are a 5star service

The Home Service is very uneven, depending on the experience of the person that arrives. Some ladies are just not cut out for the delicate state of older, fragile clients. Some ladies that arrived had no previous experience at all, or training. One arrive with only her outdoor shoes, and refused to walk in socks on a wall-to-wall carpet. The lady that came twice from Ile Perrot, was excellent: experienced, good-humoured, and willing to engage socially.

DON’T get social workers for your kids from This CLSC .The Social workers they appoint for teen aged kids are very unprofessional, Short tempered , negative influencer and rude. You will end up loosing your kids by their brain washing and not be able to see or hear your kids for months or years .They give kids to stranger families without any background check and any complaint to higher management will have no effect as they have excuse of short staffing.

I was referred to the CLSC Lachine for daily bandage changes and treatment and all nurses were incredibly attentive. It was my first personal experience with a CLSC and I was very impressed with the level of care.

5 stars for Dr. Garon. The receptionist was a bit blunt, sure, but I don't think I've been to a CLSC where there was a kind receptionist. If I was going only based on that experience then definitely not 5 stars. However Dr. Garon was so kind. She saw I was nervous and was very patient, reassuring, and explained everything clearly. I also only waited maybe about 10 minutes in the waiting room. Merci Dr. Garon!

Missed my son's 4 months vaccine because he was sick. Now when I asked for new appointment they are giving it after 4 months which would mean my son would be 8 months old when he gets his 4 month vaccine. They don't make sense and don't even care. We are talking about 4 months old infant, not sure if it is health system as a whole which is going towards this "I don't care" attitude or is it just this specific place.

Waiting for my scheduled appointment. Almost 45 min, went to ask appointment desk how much longer, because I have another appointment at 3:30. She's chit chatting on the phone, doodling in her notepad, doesn't even acknowledge me just giggling away on the phone.

I got my shingle vaccine there and the girl gave me the shot at the wrong place...she gave me the shot on my muscle which is to low it has to be higher up ,That's what the other girl told me when I went for my second shot in Lasalle.Oh my goodness my arm was sore for two weeks straight and very red...never going there again

Been assigned a family doctor at CLSC. Been calling for months to book an appointment and still no answer. I'll have time to die before they call back.
