Great service! Felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the doors, everyone was smiling and seemed happy : I had Sarah as my physiotherapist and she is the sweetest person. She’s extremely knowledgeable, she explained in detail what was wrong and what we can do to fix it. I’m looking forward to my next appointment! I can’t recommend this place enough, if you need to be healed GO HERE!!
I was looking for a knowledgeable Massage Therapist that understood injuries. I am so glad i met Angelica. I was impressed with her ability to help me after my surgery. I would highly recommend her. She is an all around amazing therapist.
Action sport physio was recommended to me by a friend. I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. My physiotherapist has been professional and very helpful. She focuses on what is most important to me and incorporates them into her care plan. I've definitely been able to see a difference since starting a few weeks ago. The receptionists are equally professional and friendly. Highly recommend!
I’ve been playing soccer since I was a kid in my teen years I had a groin injury, but I still played through it and waited for it to heal. Years later I wanted to get back to playing sport, but it was still here. Someone referred me to the physio Latin and I booked an appointment. I had a strength imbalance hip abductors, groin between my right and my left foot typical for soccer players he told me. He showed me some exercise to do and I would come every two weeks in a span of 8 weeks for an assessment and new exercises. Three months later I am fully healed and still doing some of the exercises in my gym sessions to keep the muscles in that area strong. Would 100% recommend for athletes.
I am very pleased with my physio sessions and the staff at Action Sport Lachine. I highly recommend Heidi, she is an outstanding physiotherapist. She is kind and patient and she listens to her patients needs. I have confidence in Heidi and I am sure that I will gain full motion in my arm working with her.
I arrived with my ankle bruised and swollen. I had Latin as physiotherapist, after several weeks of exercises and help from Latin. My foot is much better. I highly recommend this clinic if you want results and have a good time. Also the staff has a super good vibe.
Latin Olivier took the time to develop an exceptionally effective program that lead me through a successful shoulder-injury rehab process. I also now have tools and knowledge to maintain strength in my shoulders that I didn't have before. Highly recommend!
