Clinique d'optométrie Fabreville

Most unprofessional service ever received. Was told to sit down when I walked in for my appointment at 9:15 am and then another woman called me over to sit at her desk. She's staring at her screen for 5 min and then looks at me to say 'our fee is 75$ now and you need to pay before doing the exam'. I've never actually heard of paying before receiving a service. I told her it's fine. Another 5 min and going back and forth she tells me she gave my appointment to someone else and that I had to wait over an hour for the next one! She's been apparently calling my house all week and she claims that I don't own a voicemail and my phones broken so she couldn't confirm the appointment! I had given her two numbers while making the appointment and have received only one call at the house in the afternoon without a voicemail ! But she insists on having called me all week which is a lie. Wasted time out of my day for these ridiculous people. I asked to speak to management for complaint and she (Maude) responded by laughing 'the owner is my dad you can make all the complaints you want!' They not only lost 75$ from me, but the rest of my 4 family members that have a file with them. Please do NOT come here , go anywhere else like Costco where eye exam is cheaper and they actually value their customers.

Attention ma conjointe a acheté des Gucci à 400$ et ils ont mal fait les verres (distorssion) et n'ont jamais voulu rien faire pour elle. Elle a donc des lunettes non utilisable.

Je suis cliente depuis quelques années...j'aime cette place.. Le personnel est gentil mais niveau d'attente très longue !! On me dit de me présenter pour x heure.. Mais on me fait toujours attendre pour une durée indéterminée.. Soit 10 min.. 15 min une fois.. J'aurais aimé que lorsqu'on nous dit tel heure..de le respecter.. C'est dommage parce que si cela continue, je vais aller ailleurs.

Je vous le déconseille vivement il sont trop matérialiste pour visser une paire de lunettes il charge 10 dollars plus taxes trop c'est trop

Je suis arrivé à la clinique comme un cheveux sur la soupe pour mes yeux en piteux états... J'ai été accueilli avec professionnalisme par la réceptionniste et j'ai obtenu une consultation quasi sur le champs avec l'optometriste. Super professionnelle, gentille,..., les mots me manque pour décrire le service que j'ai reçu! 15/10 A la clinique d'optometrie de Fabreville!!!
