This pharmacy has consistently fallen short of expectations. Many of the staff, particularly all technicians, appear unqualified and lack professionalism and the communication skills. While a few pharmacists have demonstrated strong expertise and customer care, high turnover has led to the loss of those professionals. Unfortunately, due to this decline in quality and reliability, I would not return to or recommend this pharmacy.

Horrendous client service, I go there for to pick my medicine. As usual I went there today only to find the doors shut with a brief note saying because of an urgency they are temporarily closed.nI desperately tried to ask when could possibly be the time for them to open up but to no use.nApparently they had time enough to chat together laugh and smile but they had no time or wish to answer a question or two.nI understand all could happen but you relax and walk around and you care a hoot about someone trying to talk to you while you are still considered to be at work, what a wonderful client service!!!!

Amazing service from the pharmacist, very competent, and made a big difference for a treatment Dr had wrong.nThe only negative is dot go between 12h and 13h, because they are closed and it don't say on the website.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They provide excellent service, answer all my questions, and ensure prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately. The store is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. I appreciate their personalized care and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend!nn

I arrived 10 minutes before closing to pick up urgent medication for my child, but the doors were already shut. It was very frustrating, especially given the importance of the meds. I understand staff have long days, but closing early when people rely on the posted hours is disappointing.
