Dr Danforth is ONLY offering same-day appointments! This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. My father has been struggling to get an appointment for over a month, waking up early to sign on their pitiful online booking system for 7 am only to be told all the appointments are gone by 705. Calling there is absolutely pointless because they just won't help you. If this sorry excuse for a doctor doesn't actually want to work then he should just retire because he is not offering any meaningful care to his patients.

Made an appointment about my asthma that has been getting worse and worse. I am going through puffers every 2 or 3 weeks when before the year 2022 I havent had to use a puffer in 10 years. So you see that this is a big change in my health just from me saying that and I am really needing to find out what's going on. My appointment was for 2:30 and called to let them know that I'm running late as I was stuck behind an accident. Mind you I am coming from Odessa as well... The lady on the phone seemed fine and said she'd let the doctor know. She never told me that I won't be able to see the doctor. Once I got there at 2:45 the receptionist tells me I've missed my appointment and there's nothing they can do. I even said to her that this appointment is about my asthma and that I was the one who called to say I won't be here on time. She said that if I was 5 or 10 minutes late that'd be ok but not 15 minutes late. I'm an emotional girl so being told this and not even trying to help when it's something as serious as not being able to breath got me in tears. During the night, I wake up multiple times gasping for air. Literally. Some nights are worse than others. You don't know how scary that is unless it's happened to you. I just can't believe they literally told me that they can't squeeze me in or anything. I am not happy about this at all.

Very disappointed how the clinic has progressed. I used to love this clinic but with some new people working there I don’t anymore. I’ve felt like a burden to the reception when I’ve called in a few times. I moved to Toronto temporarily for a job and the doctors refused to be my doctors anymore so now I’m without a family doctor and have been searching months for a new one. It’s been so difficult, scary and frustrating.

Dr .Danforth can u please get a hold of me l am having my jaw lock!!

Have been extremely helpful with getting my children referrals and excellent help with my mental health. Got me into programs I got in within 6 months, checked in every month! Great support, as long as you’re willing to work with them and not expect them to do slow work for you. You can’t get better unless you want to :

Absolutely saddened by our families recent visit with DR Danforth. He lied to us after saying he did not say what he indeed did. He listened to our child's concern then refused us a report of the visit unless we get a lawyer. All we wanted was a letter verifying we came in with this concern. That it has been documented on this date. We are willing to pay for said letter. Now must pay for a lawyer?

Not very aware of symptoms that could be life threatening. Do not recommend

This office has went down hill. Really miss Dr. M and Bonnie the receptionist! Since Dr.lett and Dr.Forster took over I’ve had to fight to get help with my mental health and I’ve had my patient confidentiality breached.. the receptionist can’t seem to answer phones and struggle with communication.

All the staff and doctors are very thorough and excellent with follow up. Couldn't ask for better care. Thank you to everyone in this office
