Limestone City Dental

These people are very rude you go there and u do not have perfect teeth they talk down to you, they belittle you and treat like an idiot, i was their client for 2 years never missed an appointment untill one summer last june called them they said since i only missed one appointment i had no charge, then a year later they said i only owe them 25.50 which i never made a second missed appointment now they say i owe them $100....takes forever to get an appointment with them i think they waited untill i forgot...but now i've found closer dentists who actually have time for a patient in need but if u like their service to each his own.

On Christmas Eve I broke a large part of my front tooth and although I was not in a lot of pain I was concerned enough to call my my own Dentist whose office was on vacation for a couple of weeks and on his answering service he referred his patients to the Limestone City Dental. The clinic offered to see me early in the morning and Dr. Paul Lefebvre and his assistant Amber were super pleasant and competent. In spite of the fact that they were booked solid they offered to work through their lunch to fix me up. As well the treatment options offered to me were fully explained and I am super satisfied with the result. Dr. Paul Lefebvre is an excellent Dentist and a really pleasant man. I was treated exceptionally well from my first telephone contact until the work was done and I am the patient of another Dental practice. A delightful experience for me.

My wife went here a couple of times.!! They seem to thick everyone in the world should have the best LOOKING teeth, and they try to tell you "they can do this for you." , but not everyone has the money to do so. My wifes LAST TIME EVER GOING THERE, she got a tooth pulled out. she asked " is it all out now ".. "Yes ". they said. A couple of days later her mouth was paining,so she called THEM and said " my mouth is paining and I can feel a piece of tooth still in there." They said " It will come out on its own in a day or so." IT took 1 month to the day of getting it out ,for the piece to finaly come out.Funny that was the same day she had to go to the Doctors because her mouth was infected,because of the piece of tooth left in. So you be the judge, I would really check around before going there.
