This is a picture of an extremely lazy City of Billings Parks, Recreation & Public Lands employee throwing disc golf baskets over the edge of the rims. Does this man’s littering and dangerous behavior represent the City of Billings accurately? I’d say so. Mike Pigg, the current superintendent of parks was EXTREMELY flippant about the matter. It’s days like this I hate giving this city their property taxes. Trashy behavior from trashy employees who don’t deserve their paycheck.
I called to make a reservation for a park shelter. The woman I spoke to asked if she could put me on hold....and never picked the phone back up. I sat on the phone for 20 minutes. Thanks for wasting my time.
The parks of Billings are wonderful!! Thanks to all park employees for all you do for the public
