Yellowstone depending on the season can be a remarkable experience. There are some times that we have gone that we have seen more animals than we could count and other times we have visited where we have only seen one or maybe two. I feel like it depends on the season. There can be crowds at times. If there is an animal off the side of the road be prepared to sit in line because everybody will stop to see it. If you are traveling with kids, I highly recommend bringing an ice chest with food or snacks because there aren't too many places to stop and eat, and there is plenty of driving.

All Americans should visit at least once in their lives! Let's thank Teddy Roosevelt for this great park! This is a one of kind park ranging from mountains to streams, to waterfalls to natural geysers! The elf and bison roam throughout the park. The camping grounds are well kept. The services are top-notch and the rangers are very helpful.

Yes, I'm giving my own review 5 Stars: not to suggest that I'm such a great reviewer, rather to reflect just how AMAZING an experience it was! These photos were taken on 10-14-2015 and more or less chronicle my driving trip beginning at the Western Gate, then driving North along the Gibbon River up to Mammoth Hot Springs and then back down along the same route to Old Faithful and then out the Eastern Gate. I could have spent MONTHS there but sadly only had the one day. I wish I could share my videos!!!

One of the most unique and enchanting places on Earth. Unique and varied wildlife are made available to the public by the wonderful park service. A once in a lifetime place to visit. Each season brings different wonders to behold. And each store has unique trinkets to remember your visit by.

Yellowstone National Park is the oldest national park in the world, consisting of 3,500 square miles of wild, untamed beauty left aside for the enjoyment of humankind, but also for its own protection. It is a recreation area that is spread across several states, from Wyoming to Idaho and Montana, featuring spectacular and diverse natural features – fast alpine rivers, a simmering volcano displaying its power in gushing geysers and hot springs, deep canyons, dense ancient forests, snow-covered mountaintops, breathtaking vistas, and magnificent trails. And among all that beauty there is a whole world that calls it home – bears, elk, wolves, bison, and antelopes. The park is much more than a place to come and have fun, it is a precious national treasure.
