Can't remember the lady managers name when I used this credit union. But I had a small, SMALL issue and she charged me for it while comments were made about my personal information very loudly by her while others were around and watching. Was there almost 2 years no issue. No idea where the manager was who got me to sign up there but never had one issue and she said she couldn't budge on a small fee! And her reason was for something personal that wasn't her business to let all customers and employees hear about from her big mouth. Smh

Always get me in and out fast even though I am doing shared branch banking. Deposits, withdrawals, cashiers checks have all gone smooth.

The absolute WORST service I have ever received of any branch of a bank I've been too. I'll drive 25 minutes out of my way next time to go to the branch in Shoreview next time... much better staff.

Received a call yesterday that my card was compromised & I should cancel my card & stop in to get a new one. Drove an hour to get here & there's a sign on the door that says Closed. Website claims its open until 6 today.
