I am not writing this bad review on the customer service for this location, or any other location. I am writing this review because this bank has terrible service when it comes to calling the bank in order to simply get some information on your account after hours, especially on the weekend. Bremer bank lags compared to Wells Fargo, or US Bank. I think you guys can be a little more helpful...

Multiple years with this store, and have never had a bad experience! Staff knows regulars by first name, and welcome you with a smile! If your looking to start your first checking or savings account with a bank I highly recommend opening your account with Bremer Bank, more specifically this location!

Took 30 min to have the teller tell me i cant cash a check for 20 dollars because my address on the check is wrong
