Very friendly and efficient staff. Their workers are always diligent in the way they count your recyclables. I highly recommend others to go check their facilities since I have been going there for over 10 yrs.

Never had a problem. There is homeless people but whatever they have never been a problem. Some people are just scared of their own shadow I guess....

It was safe ,masks were worn, and he was friendly as always. Very efficient.

Always great getting that deposit money back. Feels like a bonus. They were friendly enough, and I felt I got an accurate amount... Will be going back to use again.

The service is fine, but the line is long. Both time I was there, I had to wait for 15-25 minutes before I could be served. I think there should be one express window for people who have fewer items, say under 20. It is quite unpleasant for pedestrians to wait in the same line with all other vehicles.

I couldn't complian.......it was like lining up at the home shelter...

They don't treat you any different whether homeless or well off

My first time at this place. Got there and the line up was out the entrance. But it flowed through reasonably well. They had 3 deposit stalls. Took about 15 min from entrance to exit.

The depot itself was fine, staff are good, but I would note the location is in an area with a large vulnerable population. Ensure you take proper precautions for safety when you go.
