Over the past few years, the office personnel have improved their demeanor and are now a pleasure to interact with. They offer exceptional service, and the individuals working in the back are amiable and efficient in getting you unloaded and on your way promptly. This level of service consistently brings me back time and time again.
Every time I've come to this scrapper I've always been treated with kindness and respect. They pay fairly, the process is quick, and their sales prices and metal availabilities are fantastic. I have been here several times throughout the years and have never been tempted to even check an alternate yard.
I always have a good experience here. Staff are courteous and helpful. Whether out in the yard or in the office, I feel welcomed. Usually I am helped efficiently and never feel short-changed...overall a good experience.
First time here was a great experience. There was a safety briefing prior to entering the yard, clear and concise instructions, every employee was very cordial, well spoken, and professional. Will be a continued customer. Highly recommend.
Great location, clean yard, and the best customer service in town!! Back in the 80's my Mom got a German Shepherd pup from the litter of guard dogs they had - one of best we've had! Thanks for Buck and his memories!

Today was my first time doing business here and right from the start the Workers were very friendly and helpful and any employee I past greated me and asked how i was which is nice to be so welcomed. Definitely was a awesome experience I look forward to do more business with the company and to spread the word of how my experience was with my family and friends.
I work for a heating and cooling company and we are always coming here to return our metal and I must say everyone who works here is always so polite, helpful and all have a great attitude. Back when I was pregnant the guys would always make sure to unload the metal for me and just went above and beyond. Plus they give awesome free meme calendars :
Very helpful, super nice with sorting out all my copper and my aluminum, gave me a fair price, all the yard guys were great with directions and super helpful on how to get there and the rules of the yard. 10/10 beautiful experience
