Try their house-made strawberry vodka! It's a game changer. Be warned: seldom get cell service down here.

City Bar is one of the best bars on State Street! They make their own infused vodkas and their drinks are always reasonably priced. They have a great outdoor patio area which is perfect for the summer season!

We miss eating here because of the pandemic, but it’s great they are still doing take out. The burgers were perfectly cooked and the wings were as good as always.

Super chill place to hang with friends. Good drinks at affordable prices. Recommend going here than a large bar.

Cool vibe. Definitely more chill but still busy.  I good change from the other places on State St.

But delightful, unpretentious gem that has been on State Street for decades. If you're looking for a place to get away without a lot of gimmicks, this bar is your spot.

I love the housemade strawberry infused vodka!!! Try it in a mixer with seltzer or press. Great cocktails and awesome food. It's in a basement so it can feel a bit stuffy at times.

The BIG female employee with the long auburn hair, glasses, green shirt and “31” piercings , was offering horrendous service by barking at my friend because she couldn’t hear her when she was ordering a drink. Her behavior overall was very inappropriate. Highly dissatisfied with the service and her presence.
