I ordered via the mobile app. I pulled into the curbside delivery spot, clearly marked number 45 entered it into my phone and waited and waited. It was a simple order and should not have been taking so much time. . Finally after 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to go to the drive thru and ask what was taking so long. I informed them I had been waiting at curbside #45 for 15 minutes and inquired if there was a problem. The clerk told me there was " no curbside #45". after finally receiving my food , I photographed the curbside signage which was clearly 45
This is always the better McDonalds, and I don't have a problem with the food or employees, they're great. The parking lot is dangerous. I almost got hit twice, once backing out of a space to get in line, and again on my way out. People pull in and immediately pull into the parking lot even though it's a "one way" and they're supposed to drive around the building. I hope this can be remedied some how.
I hate to say it but it just all around was a terrible experience. Was unable to understand the person through the speakerphone at all when trying to place my order. Simply got some pies they were old and cold. Lmao and Took quite a while to get them too. Customer service was not good. I truly would not go back to that location. I don't recommend it.
I feel sorry for the people that work there, the owners to really seem to care about them. The exhaust fan has not been working for over a month now and employed and customers are breathing smoke from the frying machines, you eat in there and get out really smelly.
I ordered on the mobile app and I ordered food with 3 ranch. To be clear I’ve worked in a McDonald’s for the past 5 years. When I tell you I’ve never charged someone for sauce they ordered, I never did. I watched the man who clearly was a crew trainer glare at me and put one ranch in the bag. I asked if I could have two more. When I did that not only was I yelled at but so was the poor kid working the window. So I payed $0.50 for the sauces and got outta there. The disrespect that I keep getting at this store is uncalled for. At my McDonald’s you don’t get to treat people like that. I’m extremely disappointed in how this McDonald’s treats there costumers.
My friend made an order and got it wrong. Plus this place looks like a pig pen. Trash on the tables and floor. The tables have not been cleaned in like 1 hour or more. Tables have food particles and sticky.
I've been to this McDonalds several times and use the mobile app with pickup in the drive through. It's a little strange that we order fine but when we get to the window, there's always something missing frombthe order or they ran out of something. I don't really encounter this at other McDonalds.
Hard to understand the people on the drive through speaker. Never know what they are saying after ordering.Food: 4/5
This McDonald's has been a go to spot on more than one occasion for us. It is in a great location near campus/ dorms for when we visit our daughter. And sometimes you just need a quick meal. The staff here is super friendly and many speak Spanish, a big plus! Over all this is a great option if you need McDonald's on Campus. The only thing I would improve is there seems to be loneliness to the place. Which is weird because they have a parking lot. So, you would think more people would dine in. However, I would alleviate this weird ambience by playing upbeat music in the back ground. That would have gotten a fifth star rating out of me! haha But as is, a good choice!
One of my favorite afternoon hangout spots. Free wifi, soda refill, power outlet, better than library as a studying spot.Food: 5/5
