Cinnabon

They were good buns but I wanted a 6 pack and they were all out and the guy wouldn't sell me a 4 pack and 2 singles for the price of the 6 pack. I'm not going to buy two 4 packs at double the price. I won't go back due to the poor service.

Every time I go I try and purchase a six pack and they never have one, I asked if I can get a four pack and two singles for the price of a six pack since it’s $21 for 4 and $22 for 6 but they won’t do it and want me to pay $31 for 6 because they never make 6 packs. It’s a rip off, learn to make more 6 packs if they’re so popular or let people buy 6 for the same price.

Cinnabon has always been my favorite treat. Working at the mall I pick em up for my team and sometimes my family. Lately the past 6mths or so the quality has dropped alot. Very dry, Lack flavor & icing and than want more $ for icing. I went to go up to gwt some for my team on 03/10 and by 11am they were not open yet. I went back up before I went home at 5pm and paid $24 for a very miserable woman to sell me 6 pre packed buns. Not sure if they were older or what but like I mentioned... dry, flavorless bread. Won't be back. Too many other options Just to edit... I can certainly appreciate a plumbing or construction issue however relaying that message would be important to the customer Instead when i went upstairs their were staff working in the dark and I asked the lady if they were open and all I got was her reply of " we're not not open" and I asked if she knew when and she replied ' no idea" Thank you for your reply.

What a soopa cake real tasty & many different add on's

Yuuuuuuuuuuuummmm! The seats are pretty uncomfortable though so I would probably take it to go! Options for classic cinnamon buns, mini versions, cinnamon roll middles, and cinnamon twists plus an assortment of drinks. Optional toppings are extra charge including chocolate or vanilla drizzle and powdered sugar! They also have a box of cinnamon buns you can buy.

Quality of Cinnabon is consistent as always. But asking for a bit extra frosting from the same batch was a huge deal. And she was rude too

some pretty nice polite staff, some a little scary. The food is really good and the chillfactr drinks are incredibly good!! my go to for a cool refreshing, yummy drink in the mall!

expensive but a really good treat or thing to have once in a while love their cinnamon rolls so good recommend

My wife and I were there today. Awful service. Person behind the counter was rude. Her name started with a C ends in and E. I asked for one without icing. She said we didn't have any. I said fine. I asked for two sets of cutlery. Says I can only give you one. Really, so my wife and I are suppose to share a napkin, fork and knife??? She eventually gave me a knife and fork but not packaged. No napkins were seen or offered. When I sat down, I noticed that they did have some there without icing on them. I couldn't bother to complain. I've been here a few times. Will not go back if I see her there. Food prices are already so high, you don't need to be treated poorly as well. Zero stars. I gave you all the info already so you can investigate.
