This Cineplex is okay if you’re just looking for a place to catch a movie, but don’t expect anything beyond the basics. The biggest drawback is the crowd—there always seems to be people talking or making noise during the movie, which really ruins the experience. The food options are pretty mediocre and overpriced for the quality, nothing that stands out. Overall, it’s a decent cinema, but the atmosphere and lack of consideration from the audience make it hard to fully enjoy.

Cineplex Odeon Sunridge Spectrum is a fantastic theater with comfy seats, crystal-clear screens, and great sound. The staff are friendly, and the concessions are always fresh. It’s a perfect spot for a fun movie night — highly recommend!

Update: went to see Jaws, row was talking the whole movie, got three chances to keep coming back before removed. Never again at Sunridge Cineplex. Not at these ticket prices; terrible experiences, too often, avoid.nnOld: Been here quite a lot over the last couple decades. It’s certainly got an aged aesthetic but gets the job done.nnThe retrofit recliners work alright and there’s plenty of parking. It’s just older in style and you can see that clearly once inside.nnI’ve had times where it gets flooded out or semi odd experiences over the years. It gets a decent selection of films but I opt for differing theater options in recent years if I can help it. Theaters that are more modern. This one is alright.

I went to Cineplex Odeon with a courtesy pass, which should’ve been easy to use. But Sant and the manager told me it was expired and couldn’t be scanned. I was surprised since you can usually just type the code manually, but they didn’t bother to try again. The manager just said it can’t be used anymore. I felt a bit disappointed because I was really looking forward to watching the F1 movie.nnLater on, I went to another counter and Tyler was super helpful and kind. She told me it can actually be scanned or typed in, and helped me out right away. I really appreciated her!nnI understand people get busy, but Sant gave off the “I’m too busy for this” energy. Even if it’s a courtesy pass, I’m still a customer we even bought a lota food. The movie and reclining seats were great, but the vibe at the start kinda threw me off. Tyler definitely saved the day!
