Best popcorn I ever had, really wonderful reclining big seats love that you can put the heat on and cuddle your partner. Enjoyed playing pool before the movie. However the actual food we ordered wasn’t good. The tacos were mid but worst of all was the chicken Thai wrap, I opened it up and there were traces of chicken, it was non existent… had to throw it away I didn’t feel like only eating lettuce and noodles and bread. When I come back I won’t order any food only popcorn. But the experience was still nice and service was great. Kind of sucked to pay so much for bad food, I’d have eaten before coming.

Cineplex Forum & VIP is honestly one of the most comfortable movie experiences in Montreal. The regular theatres are solid, but the VIP section is where it really stands out. Nice theater. The VIP thing is confusing and we didn't know about it until after buying tickets. I would have much preferred it. Theaters are big with huge screens and amazing stadium style seating. The seats recline which is nice.

Saturday Novembre 8 at 6 pm we had an horrible costumer service experience. It was our third time coming here and we have a Cineclub membership. We went at the entrance and met with a black girl member of the staff that asked to see our id to be able to access the VIP section, then as I was about to get my Id out she said it was not necessary to show it now but downstairs once we arrive to the VIP entrance , the person I was accompagnied with did not have his ID he did have a pic of an ID on his phone and it was refused because we have came to VIP movies many times and were never asked for that !nSo we went downstairs thinking we could explain the situation to the person at the VIP entrance and I could show my ID . As soon as we got downstairs a lady came up to us very confrontational and rude, telling us are you the ones that don't want to show ur ids ? We explained to her the situation and she was very rude and not understandable . We then decided to leave to go get the other ID that was missing and we had to ask for a refund then book for a movie that would be later at 9 pm . So when we came back later for the movie, NO ONE asked us for IDs !!! That was an insane waste of time, mind you ,we are regular clients and we buy a lot of food each time we go! The 2 women were unprofessionals and mean, real KARENS .nMind you , we are 2 adults, we look older, we are not teenagers or little kids so this situation was just totally trashy and felt more like a personnal problem on her side ! Btw couple of people got in after us once she denied us access and they didn't ask Ids for them either ... so maybe racism or what else ? Anyway the picture of that woman will be included in this review!nSucks cause VIP movies are usually super fun and enjoyable
