Cilantro Tapas & Bar established in 2013 as the Hudson Valley Premiere Latin Fusion Restaurant.

Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing! If you're looking for a place to go, choose Cilantro. You will not be disappointed.

I'm a Perto Rican born and raised in Puerto Rico. I found this place very uninviting.The hostess did not even make eye contact. We call this "carnepuerca"in Puerto Rico. The Goya passion fruit was very over priced $4 a lil glass for kids. 1liter cost $1.99 at the store. Carne frita with no onion that's a (no no) in general. I wouldn't reccomend this place if you are looking for real authentic Puertorican food. The tip of the ice was at dessert time when the hostess delivered the dessert she was to good to even place on the table or even look at my 9yr old son, he said daddy the lady didn't even look at us that's rude. This place does not represent true Puerto Rican culture and heritage. My rating 1 through 5 ... zero. By the way my wife is Irish and asked for Passoa and the hostess looked at us like we had 7 heads. Passoa is one of the top drinks on the island.... I guess she has little knowledge of popular Puerto Rican cocktails.
