Although this is a small & busy location in the heart of a popular shopping Plaza- the wait is worth the above and beyond customer service. I feel safe and taken care of at this branch. Special shout out to Stacey!

This CIBC never picks up there phone. You have to call 5-10 times to get someone to finally pick up the phone. Also they refuse to contact branchs to verify cheques.
