RBC Royal Bank

Worst bank to have a business account with. The bank account setup, is designed to stiff you with fees no matter what you do. Want to deposit cash into your bank account? No problem there is 2% fee for that! Want to deposit a check? Fee! Want to use the money we just charged you to deposit! Fee!! I have paid over $1,600 dollars in fees in less than a year! and when asked to get a break down of the fees guess what? There is a fee for that too. I have to pay a search fee to the technical department to search and collect the information required and the amount I have to pay CANNOT be disclosed before hand because it billed by the hour!! WTF? RBC gets away with too much $h!t..

This branch of the royal bank great service they cheerfully greet you when you enter asking how they can help you . It it has a convenient downtown Oakville location .

I am not sure about courtesy..financial adviser kept me waiting for 1 hour even booking appointment. quickly switched to other bank.
