Avoid this branch ! ! ! 

I came to deposit a cheque from a lawyer.   My account is in excellent standing with no issues for years while Alan at the counter insisted to place a 5 day hold on it.  I requested to to get my cheque back.  Went to another branch on Lakeshore and made a deposit with no issues and no holds.
