CIBC Branch & ATM

I went into to cash a cheque. The line took forever. They only had one person working on a Friday payday! But the worst part was the ladies were super rude to us. Please seek another branch I would rather drive out of Lloyd to go to another CIBC branch then this one.

Decided to visit a CIBC branch to update my information which the contact centre was unable to assist me with and also obtain an Interest Statement. The staff seemed to not know anything, she couldn’t even give me an estimate of how long the statement will arrive because it cannot be emailed and somehow it isn’t in her system.

have been with this location 12 years with a business account. it used to be an amazing bank all the girls working there new me by name and were great customer service. the last 3 years they have had nothing but turn around. i visit the bank once a week and every time its a complete hassle, the employees there now do not care who you are or are they willing to recognize or learn their customers. I am consistantly asked if i have authority with my account after being id'd and its just an awful experience. I am currently looking to move my business elsewhere

After awhile the this bank fails to process an online purchase of $2 and they also blame the card.

Went in cuz my credit card won’t work at stores.. the lady working invited me to her station so I sat down.. she continues to smile at me and then talks to the other person being “helped out” nothing about banking just talking and laughing and completely ignoring me when I was trying to speak to her about my problem.nnI don’t know about anyone else.. but this is not the kind of “customer service” I expect from the bank I bring service to. Along with the many other issues I have had banking at CIBC I will be closing my account and opening one up somewhere else.
