I went and fueled up there yesterday evening. I go there to get my air miles and because of my AMA card I get a discount on my fuel and purchases. I thought the guy scanned both. I pumped my fuel before realizing that he didn’t give me my discount on fuel and when I looked this morning i didn’t receive my air miles. I don’t know whose cards he scanned, but it wasn’t mine.

Don’t have your open sign on if the doors are locked at 11 pm.

Stopped for fuel, washroom and drinks, was able to get fuel, but AFTER We started to pump fuel, the worker, stoped me from going into the store, and told us he was busy doing outside stuff so would not open the store for the washroom or to purchase stuff. I go through Lloydminister several times a month, and always stop there, but I will not be stopping there again.

Went to purchase cigarettes had a 50 dollar bill to pay with. He handed me the cigarettes and then said he had no change to give me so I could not purchase them. He did not even look in his register. I completely understand but he should have told me that when I gave him my money. I go in a few times a week to make this purchase. This guy was just rude .

Great Shell gas station always satisfied anytime we stop. Clean and pleasant staff each time.
