Considering moving my services to another bank. Any time I have come in here there is only 1 teller working and always a big line. Very small, easy tasks seem to take forever. Just finished waiting over 45 minutes to get them to send one internal fax to BMO investments. Not happy with this bank at all.

Terrible hours and I have rarely seen more than 1 teller. Always a long line up.

Never enough tellers open at lunch (when it is the most convient time for Mon-Fri workers)Online telephone banking is atrocious - poorly set up and you can never get ahold of who you want to. Extremely hard process to close accounts.

It's lunch time and there are only two tellers open - 8 people in line. They are currently signing people up for online banking while we wait in line for hours... Rediculous

I'd rather be dealing with any of the other banks that at least are open on Saturday... I would not have opened my account there if I had known they are not open on the weekend.
