CIBC Branch & ATM

I have a CIBC credit card and use this branch to put money on my credit card. Always cash. I know they can call it into VISA right away because thats what I got told to ask for if I need access to the funds right away. A couple days before Christmas I went in to put money on to make a reservation for the ferry to get over to see my family and I had asked it to be called in to the MAN dealing with me. Then a lady probably in her 50's, shoulder length blonde hair that was dealing with another client proceeded to tell the man dealing with me that they cant do that anymore. I needed it on there so I explained my situation and the MAN I was dealing with and then he asked one of his colleagues to call it in for me because he knew they could still do it.. Then I went in this past Saturday and got the lady that told me they couldn't do it, so I didn't even bother asking her. I didn't need access to it right away, but I called VISA seeing if they payment had been processed Monday night and it hadn't been enough time yet. SO I asked the lady on the phone from VISA if VISA still accepts phone calls from the branch if I am present and she said Yes and I have no idea why they would of told me that... Im Sorry it was busy when I came in the first time and you were having a bad day so you over heard something and decided to bring it out on the client asking for something that took a little more time....
