Consistently poor service. Understaffed, long waits, I returned phone calls, voice mails with out of office dates off by >a week, and staff who are not able to answer simple questions. Most recent issue was signed documents transferring account signing authority that were hand-delivered to the branch manager who then LOST them. This branch needs support from head office. This is a leadership issue that goes way beyond the branch level. Meantime, use the Como Lake branch which has a very competent manager.

Why do I have repeatedly problem with depositing my pay check? They insist put it on 5 days hold regardless there is a note on my files not to hold my checks. I have no such problem in different locations. The stuff in this branch needs more training I guess. The location with complicated parking is another minus.

Terrible. We used to go here and the staff were terrible and gave us poor financial advice. I was a customer with Canada Trust for years and loved it until the merger with TD and then the service went downhill.

The worth branch that I have ever met since I started to be a TD client (more than 4 years). A girl decided to put my cheque on hold right before cristmas with a reason that before, I always got payed by direct deposit. My explanation that it is extra and there is no difference because it is the same company on a cheque did not work. No respect to clients at all.

Staff is friendly but the bank is understaffed. You have to wait 5-20 minutes just to deposit a cheque. Parking is absurd since you can only enter from one side of the street.
