BMO Bank of Montreal

I have banked at the Austin Branch for 14 months ..the staff are friendly and nice, BUT BMO like a BMO in New West off 10th near the Quay is also understaffed and at peak times you wait too long for service. Its a difficult balance not withstanding "Good" ...Management should get their act together and get out of their corner cubicles and service the customers. New West pushed the automated digitals ...I look for banking that is not so digitally orientated. They pay tellers next to nothing while the Head office makes $$$'s Billions of dollars on the backs of staff and depositors capital.

The best customer service in Coquitlam. Management in this location have done a phenomenal job training their associates to be kind, respectful, and attentive to what the customer needs. I drive from Burnaby to experience this great service...you should too.k

You would think they would have more staff working the counters on a Friday afternoon. 3 people ahead of me 9 people behind me, 2 tellers working. It always seems to be understaffed. Service given is ok.

We are living in a Electronic world and their manager asked me to travel to another city to create a simple joint account. Ms manager plz try to be updated with procedures and at least show effort before you make it inconvenient for clients. BMO: I'm very disappointed with your service. Ramin Zahiri, P.Eng.
