Worst staff! Very rude... I came in with intentions to open an account... they were "lazy". Acted as if they were better than me... they asked how much I make... then didn't believe me. So rude

I came in with my girlfriend and they were rude from the start.

asking to deposit a cheque and receive funds...I know its based of credit so I assumed she would be fine to get all funds because of her great credit.  she did not...I said, I have horrible credit (and listed number) and have access to 500 when depositing a cheque, so why does she with xx credit score only get 100... they lady teller said "how do you know her credit?" in a rude way... then when we asked to check the credit score she was still rude and said look it up online.  we also needed to get  a paper stamped by the bank.. they wouldn't until we begged... even though we had other documents stamped with no problem from other CIBCs 

WORST CIBC STAFF EVER>  they know nothing about customer service... I'd love to teach them... call me for a customer service course, or.. get new staff

Amazing service and best branch I've ever been to. |Extremely helpful and professional. Especially |Lily, who went above and beyond. She is amazing and deserves a raise.
