I had an excellent experience at this CIBC branch. I needed to get a new bank card and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I booked an appointment with Caroline Tracey over email, and she responded quickly and made scheduling effortless.nnWhen I arrived at the branch, Caroline already had all the paperwork prepared and my new card ready to go. She also took the time to help me set up online banking to ensure everything was working properly.nnHer efficiency, professionalism, and friendly approach made the whole process easy, fast, and genuinely pleasant. probably one of the worst banks i’ve ever been with. they have had to give me 5 different debit cards because mine stops working after a certain amount of time. every time i have to get a new card, they give me attitude for it. and whenever i call them for this reason they can’t do anything over the phone. so i have to waste my time and go to their location. also another thing is that whenever i attempt to add my card to my phone is doesn’t work. nothing ever works. i’m fed up with them and im not the only one having this problem either. do better.

I want to start off by saying to other people who are reading this review that you should write your complaint to head office as well because I don't think the manager at this branch even bothers to read the reviews. I am going to write to head office.nnIn the past, for the most part, the front staff for the customer service at the front teller for this specific location I have had a good experience. However, today was another story...The lady at the front desk was half asleep and half awake and greeted me with a set face and no smile. At first she was not helpful at all and when I requested her to do something she was not willing to and in a very put off tone said I could complete it through the app. I have always gotten the void cheque / pre-authorized payment form printed out by a teller in the past especially when starting a new job. I practically had to beg her to do it and then with much difficulty she was willing to comply. I moved to another city closed on Saturday but I came all the way to this location as a preferred branch and you are telling me that you are not willing to help me just by your body language.nnIt wasn't even busy at the bank so I don't understand why this CIBC employee was in such a bad mood and looked so tired and even if she was tough luck we are all tired and struggling but we shouldn't take it out on each other especially the customer. I was not feeling well either non-contagious and wasn't having the best day but I put a smile on my face and was trying to be pleasant and friendly while met with this lady's serious face and negative attitude. I don't be coming here again.
