5 stars for Lynne Oates, I was having trouble getting my statements printed off, none of the tellers could help me but she did and was super nice about it! thanks Lynne Oates-pennell. everyone else suck it

What kind of bank can't be reached by phone?? Seriously? I've never encountered a more difficult branch to contact directly. You have to know someone's name to get through the directory. OMG. If you don't know who's working at the branch, how is selecting their name from the directory supposed to help you get through?? So frustrating. Somebody needs to rethink this strategy.

Customer service is excellent in person, however I'm extremely irritated that no one here answers the phone. I tried calling many times throughout the day to book an appointment but continuesly receive a voicemail or after my 6th call, an option to hold the line for 15-25 minutes. I have to physically drive there now just to make an appointment for a credit card. Td has 3 times the business and still has time to pick up a phone! Hours of operation are useless to a working person

The staff are all fantastic at this branch..been with BMO for close to 25 years...they are all ready to help with anything bank related!...Keep up the great work BMO!!!
