CIBC ATM

I had two separate tellers help me in the same day, and they both charged me without letting me know before hand. I left that bank with $100 less in my account, when I had only went to write a check for my rent.

Worst experience i ever had in a bank. The way she reacted when i said i don’t have an appointment and walked-in for opening account. Guy who helped to open an account was silent and was processing the application without discussing anything related to the type of account.

Great bank. Glad I recently opened my account. Cool New Icon of been what you needed all along. Nice front and nice font.

Went to open a US account … I already have 2 accounts with CIBC. Was refused because they close soon. I was stunned…. Horrible way to treat customers especially since you now have stopped staying open passed 5 weekdays …. If you are open you should offer your services. If you go to a restaurant and near closing they don’t refuse to serve you because they close soon - customer service has dropped severly!!

This branch's customer service is absolutely abysmal. While the tellers are kind, their other staff aren't not. Unless you invest over $100k, they will not take good care in ensuring your investment needs are met nor will they ever pick up their phone to answer your call. I l requested changes made to my account that never happened, and not a single staff member could identify who I even spoke to. This makes me incredibly worried about the fact that these are the people responsible for housing my funds.

Service and people are amazing. Riley was really kind and patience in explaining everything and very helpful and friendly. Glad I came to this branch!

I had to get in touch with this branch for an issue that I had. It took forever!!!!!!!. I’ve been going back and forth to the branch for 4 days can’t get hold of branch manager. And good luck if you call. NO ONE will answer the phone. I can’t recall that one time after calling maybe 50 times that someone answered my phone. I am glad I am not a CIBC client.

1. When you call them Noone ever picks up 2. I had my credit card sent to them , and head office told me go in person and find out if uit is at the store because we mailed it out. I go there . Front desk lady , TERESA says to me ..well "if we didn't call u its not here. " I explain to her I was advised to check with you..she kept saying no. I told her to check for me at least. When she checked , it was there along with a paper printed with my information. So they had been sitting on it and Noone called me. 3. Afterwards she goes to give me hard time with the ID. I don't want to indulge in that but would like to say . TrAIn your STAFf .. rather than saying no no no maybe hear the customers and find out how you can help them.

I would like to thank all involved in regards to the scam my mother was nearly taken by today. The staff at your branch need to be commended on their fast action in realizing that she could have lost a lot of money, in doing so this did not happen. The slowest service I have ever experienced. Had to wait over 20 minutes to talk to a teller. Who was just chatting most of the time and had to "redo" what she was doing multiple times. As many customers were waiting.
