CIBC

This is the worst bank you can get to and most probably the worst branch. First of all, they NEVER pick up the phone. Second of all they treat people like animals... actually some people treat animals better. The branch manager is actually incredibly rude and knows NOTHING about customer service. Line up may be all the way to the door no one will even acknowledge your presence. avoid this branch and bank at all cost.

I had the worst experience ever in this branch. The customer service was awful. The clerk was rude and extremely impatient. I ended up asking for my money and closing all my accounts with CIBC. CIBC could keep losing customers because of these staff and their attitudes. Its a shame to leave CIBC after more than 6 years, but who cares?!

I had bad service. The people who work there do not know how to count money. She is not patient at all. Really horrible experience. Hope people do not go there to deposit their money. Otherwise you will pay for their stupid mistakes.
