Staff members are helpful. Manager is really nice. It is just hard to reach out with them when calling in

My experience was horrible. I had Tiffany helping me, well if you would consider that help. She did not provide me with any information and she never answered any questions I had. I had spoken to the branch manager over the phone and he was just completely rude and could not help me either. Iv closed many accounts with cibc due to lack of communication and additude if you do decide to do business with them, I suggest to go to a different branch.

Tellers are sloppy and lazy. Yeah! All of them except for the young Chinese dude.
