RBC THORNHILL BRANCH ONTARIO Manager committed FRAUD against 2 customers, making sign documents, which the manager should have advised, it was a personal guarantee, as now, our family has a risk of losing the only property our children have to live. the bank isn't caring enough, we have contacted the customer care, which decided in favor of the bank, however, we do have a proof, that this manager, lied to us, mislead us, making us signing documents, without proper explanation. is this a proper business practice? take away the only roof our family has deemed to be correct business practice of a bank like RBC? this matter is in court, RBC lawyers are pushing hard against us!, we do not have money to fight them!!, we expect someone wants to hear us!, even the higher office of RBC or even theADR Chambers Banking Ombuds Office (ADRBO), which is some regulatory body which RBC and other major banks are under. very convenient when even this manager knew we couldn't pay, she did not advise to take this to higher level!!, all very convenient!!

The bank and mortgage advisers Helped me out a lot to get a loan when I was new in Canada and I couldn't trust anybody. I gradually trust them and I would like to be their Loyal costumer

Lineup is quick, entrance doesn't seem or feel like a bank, more like a nice office.

I had 375 pennies to deposit (spring cleaning) but couldn't purchase rolls for them anywhere. After being turned away by another branch at Bathurst & Cedarcroft, I came here. The front desk staff managed to find me rolls and also offered a counting machine, helped me roll the coins, and even gave me 3 cents to make another full roll. That's how you show dedication to customer care and build customer loyalty!

Been a customer for more than 6 years. One of the last places were people are willing to look at you as a person with a history and not just a paperwork. Zohar is the best to have as your banker.
