The primary person at this Collection Agency who's name is Amanda does not put any effort into collecting or passing verification of debt requests to her clients in a timely manner to follow up on. This company is too small in my opinion to handle Collection activities appropriately or legally and does not have respect for the rights of the people they collect for or collect from. Strongly recommend avoiding this Collection agency and using a reputable large one with the backing to get things done right.
