I have a car loan with them. Because I am on a sick leave I made some arrangement with a representant on the phone to push back some of my payments....first they did...take the next payment....I spent over 1h45 minutes on the phone to get hang up....I went directly to the bank to be told they can't do anything from there, that I have to call at a specific number.....REALLY POOR SERVICE CUSTOMER.
