Baskin-Robbins

I recently visited Baskin Robbins to purchase an ice cream cake for a birthday celebration. The staff were incredibly helpful in helping me choose the right cake for the occasion. They provided great recommendations and were patient as I asked questions and made my decision.

Was in the area doing a hike and wanted to treat the family to some nice cold treats. Got the wet n' wild sorbet, chocolate, and mint chocolate ice cream. All three flavours were delicious and just hit the spot. Note that a single scoop is pretty big for one.

I would say avoid this place if you can. We ordered a 'custom' cake from them. See the pictures and you tell me if it's worth the 65 bucks I spent. The cake melted despite being in the freezer, we even tried to put it on snow outside to try and save it. I think it was so thin that it just couldn't hold up. Called the store to voice our displeasure, the girl who answered said we should get a refund and forwarded to the manager/owners. A gentleman called and asked for pictures, he said he would talk to his wife and see what they could do. He apologized for the terrible cake when he saw the pictures as well. The wife called and again apologized for the terrible cake. She then said she could give me free ice cream. Are you kidding? The last thing we want is free ice cream. She never mentioned a refund, but she did offer another cake... Which is pointless as well since we already had the birthday party and already bought another cake from super store. I think most disappointing is all the runaround just to offer me free ice cream. I gotta say, I was pretty insulted by that offer. I would have been happy with a partial refund, although a full refund would have been more appropriate considering it was inedible and the fact that I had to leave during the middle of my son's birthday party to find a cake so he can blow out candles.

Staff are always very nice and courteous, and I love their icecream! A great time here coming with friends or family for icecream I crave all the time

Fantastic Baskin Robbins. The young man working was so great and professional so nice seeing hard working teens. If I didn't know better I'd think it was his business. Ice Creams awesome as well.

The place clearly follows no sanitary standards. It seemed dirty. The employee was not wearing any gloves, touching all the cones and fully emerging himself into the ice cream fridge with his head hanging over the open ice cream buckets and again not wearing any protection for his hair. We immediately left absolutely unacceptable.

I dropped by to grab an ice cream cake for my niece's birthday. Vanessa was very welcoming, sweet and helpful with my selection. Great service! This Baskin Robbins location is so much better than the one near my place.

Friendly customer service. Clean place. Just standard ice cream varieties.

Friendly helpful staff. The Stranger Things themed demagogin Sunday was great.
