I come here regularly to get my haircut and have been pleased on every occasion. The staff are friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Risa in particular is nice and excellent at what she does.

I don't usually go to hair salons but after seeing some reviews I decided to give it a try! 

As my first, I was extremely happy with my haircut and overall whole experience. My hairstylist was Tanya (Ai). I showed her some pictures of the kinds of hairstyles I wanted and she helped me incorporate ideas that would suit me best. She did an amazing job dyeing my hair, washing (the massage and scrubbing felt so nice n relaxing!), and blow drying. The end results had got me feeling like a new person haha! I love my new brown, super silky and smooth hair. The serum she applied to my hair had the most aromatic watermelon smell ever and I ended up buying one for myself. 

I am super pleased with my experience and I will be back again soon!!! Thank you so much!

I got my hair done with Mineo. He is super nice and always beyond my expectation! Highly recommended.

Been here multiple times. Normally it would be cut or colored by Mineo and the results are exactly or better than what I asked for. However, I forgot to mention his name when booking and was booked with Risa. 

There was a lot of miscommunication. Ill take part of the fault given that I didn't show her pictures. Didn't love it so went back to get it fixed.

I had pictures of what I wanted, but a shorter length since there's only so much hair. Oh boy, was I wrong. SHE MADE IT WORSE! Maybe it's selective hearing? Cut exactly what I described I didn't like from the first cut. And it looks like she took revenge on the back. Extremely choppy. And to add there was no language barrier, her English was perfect. 

Now I have to wait at least 5 months before I can get it fixed.

This place is clean, friendly, and the hairdresser knows what they are doing. I'm a returning customer of Mineo and he's pretty awesome!
