Finally got to try ChunYang Tea! There aren't a lot of reviews/photos online so I decided to take a bunch of pics. Unfortunately they didn't have the Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh milk at around 1pm, as it takes 1 1/2 hrs to cook. I decided to get the Hojicha Fresh Milk and the Oolong Fresh Milk Tea with Pudding. The hojicha was decent but I was impressed by the oolong! Lots of pudding and real tea flavour, no powders. I also got to upsize my drink to a large for free even though I ordered regular size originally. The hojicha was not sweet enough at 30% sugar, I would get it at 50% sugar for the best taste. The store is really small with no seats, just grab your drinks and go. The staff were also really nice and they apologized for not having the brown sugar fresh milk. I definitely will come back and try that next time!  UPDATE: Tried the brown sugar fresh milk today. It did not meet my expectations. The pearls weren't chewy enough and there wasn't a strong brown sugar flavour. I could barely taste it. I have had better ones elsewhere.  Reply to owner: Thanks for your response! Unfortunately, I can't come on Wednesday but I see that Chunyang cares about their customers. I don't need the free drink, but I will make sure to give another chance very soon.  I'm bringing my review back to 5 stars

Came across this bubble tea place right outside of the St Patrick TTC station. The menu is quite small compares to Chatime or Coco, but we were there for the BOGO sale that they had, buy one get one free for their chun yang signature pearl milk tea or the brown sugar pearl milk. Their pearls were unexpectedly not really chewy tho, and the milk tea flavour did not really surprise me either  But the staff was really nice, she gave us these free cup holder sleeves when we signed up for their rewards program. The brown sugar bubble milk drink is by far the best I've ever had. You can tell that they cook their tapioca with their handmade brown sugar freshly by the richness of the brown sugar and the chewiness of the pearls, unlike other places that advertise handmade brown sugar which is actually not. Highly recommend it. Staff is very friendly. Especially the chubby tall guy. Very accommodating.

Exceptional bubble tea, served fast, by super friendly staff. This is one of my go-to places for boba.

I had a full length of female hair in my bubble tea mixed in with my drink. I was chewing on it with the pearls and noticed something was seriously wrong, and pulled out this string of hair. I nearly gagged.  This place needs to practice better hygiene, including tying their hair.  Also the bubble tea was way too sweet and didn't give the option to adjust sweetness.

Customer service was nice. Other than that, there was a dead fly on my napkin. Also! Offered a taste of a free drink, that they wanted to test out. I said I was allergic to the mango flavour, but they had peach. I said yes to the peach tester. Unfortunately, the gentleman opened the straw, stuck the straw into the drink, couldn't tell if it was peach or mango. Took the Straw out, opened the paper lid with his fingers, stuck his nose in, and placed said straw back in...then offered it to me. I'm sorry, this isn't proper etiquette, especially were in times of COVID. Will I be back? Probably not. I enjoyed coming here, before this incident.

Their Oolong tea with Osmanthus Honey is the best. Oolong tea flavour is strong pairs with good quality honey.

Uber eats had a deal for MT with tapioca which I did order for pickup. They canceled the order likely since it's a lost of money saying they're out of tapioca. I didn't receive the call since we was in the subway. Least they could do was wait till I got to the store before canceling since the deal is gone now :/

Customer services are nice. If you order in the store, they will give you a drink bag for free. It is easy to take your drink and more environmental than plastic bag.

Nice drinks! They offer some real tea flavors here but not like others with strong artificial powder flavor.
