The food was good and the waitress was very friendly. The only issue I had was the fact that the place was not packed but they would not allow us to be seated at the bigger booth. We were short one guest to be eligible for that seating. I just wanted more space. I felt squished at the smaller booth. The whole time we were dining in the big booth did not become occupied, so that was annoying. Please change that rule and allow guests to sit where they want when it is not busy.
A decent place to grab a beer. Beer is cheap and have a nice collection on the draught. Tried the baby back rib’s, new york strip and chicken fingers for kids meal. Food was good but a lacked a some salt. The onion rings were nice and crispy. The service was nice. Good place for hanging out with friends for drinks.
Delicious and filling. The patio was spacious, clean and inviting. We had the calamari, steak dinner special and wings and ribs combo. Perfect for date night. Cool and casual vibe with pleasant service. Drinks are a good price for the range available. Cool blue was very refreshing! Must try. Definitely going there again when we are in the area. Keep up the good service and delicious flavours!
The lobster was delicious but the burger was okay and the steak is good. Overall it’s a good food and service and the price is very good compared to other restaurants.Recommended dishesSteak Dinner, Steak & Rib Combo
The food was tasty but portions were small - tiniest rack of ribs I have ever seen. The service was reasonably good and quick. Atmosphere was a typical sports bar type place. When you add in a 3% surcharge on your overall order I felt the price was considering the portions provided. I would not consider going back.Food: 2/5
Very clean and affordable. Relaxed atmosphere. Steak and lobster cooked to perfection, as ordered. Great selection and amazing prices! Will definitely return and recommend to others. Our server, Jessica, was very attentive, socialable and made favorable recommendations from the menu. Definitely 5-star for casual dining.
When another local restaurant messed up our arranged booking for four adults and two toddlers we were left stranded for dinner on a busy Friday night. Chucks was farther away but we felt worth a try based upon previous experience. The welcome staff didn’t brush us off as others had and worked very hard and very quickly to get us a large corner table. They then served us in a prompt and friendly manner despite the rush demand they were facing from a fully booked restaurant. We will now travel to eat here rather than the closer restaurants that brushed us off and especially the one that “lost” our confirmed reservation.
Was in town for a sport event and some of the parents suggested this spot. Excellent choice, even if we were tagged along by a hoard of little ones but it looks like they have handled this kind of crowds before. It got a bit rowdy with all the kids but they kept them served and happy. The food was good and the service top notch and prompt.
Came here on 11/25/2022 on a Friday night. I was greeted by a very unpleasant hostess who rolled her eyes multiple times while speaking to me. She continued to make rude hand gestures while I asked if there was room for 7. I came with my grandfather who is disabled and unable to stand for long periods of time. When we asked if we could grab him a seat, she immediately said no and that she can't have people waiting in the front area and advised us to wait outside in the cold. After asking for an estimated wait time, she replied with a very cold "I don't know" while continuing to roll her eyes. After insisting multiple times, she finally gave me an estimate of 10-45 minutes. How hard was that? After waiting 45 minutes, she said we only had the option of high tables or we could leave mind you my grandfather is disabled with a walker. If it wasn't for a server that intervened and rectified this whole experience, I would probably never come back to this location again. Take your money elsewhere.
Everything was great until we received the bill. There was an extra 3% added for a reason I didn't quite understand before tax even, so that percentage was taxed as well. I really want to give them 5 stars, but I just can't as the experience was kind of soured. I've never seen this charge anywhere ever. Food is really good, and staff is very pleasant. Still worth going.
