Retro Burger

Fabulous place lots of options, wow! Ordered a burger with cheese and added the peppers side ! Wow love the crispy edge on the patty, so yummy! And the fries are absolutely my fav out here wish we had these back in Arizona. Friendly staff, and so patient with me. Thank guys! Was enjoying burger too much forgot to take full pixFood: 5/5

Staff preparing the food were friendly, except for the man in the blue shirt taking orders, he was rude and impatient. I felt very rushed placing my order. I don't know if he is the new owner but he was awful. It's like he thought he was Gordon Ramsey, yelling at the staff, confusing things, making customers waiting feel uncomfortable having to watch how he talked to the staff. The burgers don't taste the way they used to, the quality has gone down. The bun for my Philly cheesesteakwas burned. Very disappointing.

How did I not know about this place?! The menu is extensive with so many delectable options! Normally, I would just go to a Wendy's or Burger King, but I decided to throw caution to the wind and even their onion rings were incredible. You don't even need a double cheeseburger cause one patty will put you into a satisfied food-coma. Their staff is friendly, approachable, and professional. Their always happy to give recommendations if you feel like trying something new and every meal is a trip to flavour town. If you're looking for a burger joint, this is the place to go.

How have we lived on Porte Road for 3 years and only discovered this place today?! What a gem! The food is absolutely delicious. We got a lot of things to try a variety. And definitely did not regret anything!!! I hate onion rings because I can always taste the stale oil smell everywhere else, but the onion rings were amazing here. And the Big 10 burger was an absolute monster, so juicy, flavourful and tasty. The Chicken Souvlaki has that charred taste, what an absolute delight. Needless to say, there will be several more trips to here. Will obviously have to go back to try the fried Mars bar.

Randomly decided to stop by this place & it did not disappoint! Cashier was awesome! Helpful, patient & friendly. Poutine - 10/10! Gravy, cheese curds & fries were amazing! Bacon cheese burger - 8/10! Deep fried mars bar was the show stopper - 11/10!

Today was my last time visiting Retro Burger. I came in tonight for a DOUBLE Swiss mushroom burger. I received a SINGLE paddy rick hard bun and soggy sweet potato fries. Also, the employees were fighting and being very unprofessional. I was asked combo or not, and I said not. No combo. The employee yelled out combo. I corrected him, and my price went from $24 to $18. So the drink in the combo is $6? I know that it was almost closing, but come on. That's just not right.

Ordered my lunch from retro burger via Skip the Dishes. Decided to order the Philly Cheese Steak and Bacon Poutine. Love the portion size and the food was very flavourable. I usually order the double bacon cheese burger, which might be the best thing on their menu. Would highly recommend this place.

Had the swiss and mushroom burger meal no bacon. Topics are customizable. Burger was large sized. Poutine was ok. Came out to $19.50 after taxes.Food: 5/5

Solid food, good service. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The portions are great. You get mountains of fries and unless you're hungry you can easily share some fries. The onion rings are excellent as well. Nice thick cut rings in a batter that isn't fried too greasy. Fish and chips can be greasier but are also tasty and my kids always enjoy the chicken fingers. Sometimes we'll just get a few orders of that to share on a movie night.

Service was quick, all COVID precautions were in place, parking available and limited number of customers indoor.
