Very expensive. >$500 for two nights. Not convenient at all. Restaurant/bar isn't open 24/7, and when it is open the service is not very good. Have found flies in drinks. A suburban hotel at downtown prices with rural amenities. Had stayed there twice previously and was disappointed both times. This time, we were there for a wedding, so it was convenient. The highlight of this visit was finding a hotel employee asleep inside a third-floor storage room right beside my room!. I see no reason ever to go back.
Nice hotel. Some services were not available during the Christmas week, which is fair. Rooms were decent sized but nothing exciting. The most exciting thing about the room was a Herman Miller chair that was expected to be there, but the latch was broken so it would just take you for a ride lol think trust fall. The hotel is clean and bright there was a gym and pool/jacuzzi that I didn't get to use, but looked very nice My favorite thing turned out to be one of the waitresses who worked at the inn house breakfast restaurant. She was thoughtful, funny and not afraid to crack/take some jokes, so we ended up going back a few times If you don't drive, the hotel is a little bit out of the way from shopping plazas, but it's still a walkable distance, if that's you. But do recommend a car/ride share as it's not really near anything directly All in all good hotel
I came to this hotel for work conference. The room was great, conference room was great and our meals were more than expected! Thank uou! We had some weather issues and booking an extra night stay was jot a problem at all! We decided to have dinner at the restaurant and our server Meagan was amazing! She went above and beyond with recommendations and information! Super star and a great addition to your teaM! Thank you for everything!
Great hotel and front desk service. Clean and modern rooms. Pool was great. My only complaint would be the on site restaurant. The food is good but the service is terrible. I would check prior to reserving, because if there is a larger sized party, the restaurant will shut down to accomodate the party, and not the guests. At 7 PM, we were told by the hotel desk that the restaurant would serve dinner to the regular guests, once the group was finished. At 9:30 pm we were still waiting and were told by the restaurant staff that they weren't serving regular guests. We asked for room service, and were told that we would have to wait a long time, because they were serving the group. I ended up ordering Uber eats, and not being able to feed my kids until 11:00pm. The restaurant could have closed off a section to serve the group and left another section for the guests. At the very least, the restaurant could have put a sign out early in the day, to notify guests of the closure for the evening, so that we could have made other arrangements!
Worst experience ever at a hotel. We spent over 7k on 12 rooms for our basketball team. They charged us $100 to use the conference room for a pizza party. We wanted to use the TV in the conference room and they wanted to use an additional $100 to use the TV. - one of the rooms had a TV and it was broken and they accused is of breaking them. - toilet clogged in on of the rooms - paid $500 for 2 nights and breakfast wasn't included. -pancake pillows Honestly, never again will we stay at a Hilton. Worst experience ever.
Terrible hotel. Bad service. Tv doesn't work. Moldy bathroom. Pool over stuffed. Parking an issue. Breakfast food served cold. Rooms in need of update. Pancake pillows. Stay somewhere else. No towels Avoid avoid avoid. Never ever ever.
If you are in a wheelchair. There has to be a better hotel then this. Parking is terrible rooms not accessible from tub to toilet transfer.. accessibility 1/10 brutalRooms: 1/5
COMPLETE DISGUST!!! The manager Wilson was a COMPLETE JERK! NEVER IN 18 years with Hilton have we felt this dishonesty and unprofessionalism … I am a Diamond status member…. He tried too make a cash deal with me I was shocked!!! I witnessed him flirting with a woman while her husband went too the car too get luggage!! Wow! Noteworthy details: AT CHECKIN THEY SAY YOUR ENTITLEMENT TOO BREAKFAST INCLUDED …in the morning they deny that and BILL UR CREDIT-CARD FOR BREAKFAST ….. sooo dishonest!!!
Hotel is clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and assisted when needed. Place has a breakfast, dinner, and a bar. there is a pool/spa and gym too. Convention center next door and plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive.Rooms: 5/5
There was a hockey tournament on saturday night the kids were on their own they ran down the stairs hallways etc knocked in doors etc. That was the easter weekend im 72 was up there visiting my 92 year old mom Rooms: Good
