Chuck Lien Family Park

Absolutely magnificent, possibly the most beautiful views I've ever seen in my adult life. I could have set up a tent and not left until the cold hit. Although it's wise to travel accordingly, pack food and drinks, and the "next" hill can be further then you think. This isn't like the parks near me (Iowa) going here not well prepared child be dangerous.

Awesome, maintained trails for running, hiking or cycling, or just to walk around and kill an hour of time! Great views of the city and never too busy!

Great trails to hike or bike here in the middle of Rapid City. This park is basically continuous with 3 others all next to each other here. The trails include a couple of gravel roads but most are dirt trails. They are marked, and the map displays are fairly close to correct, but there are a lot of trails not shown on the map.
