Chuan Chili House

Frankly speaking, most of the food even mild was so chilly that I was unable to taste the real food favourite. However, its homemade Dry Noodles with Beef Brisket was really yummy, and I could feel the chef’s has put all his heart to it. Only this dish could worth four stars. The remaining one was gained by the enthusiastic waitress who gave me details of the dishes.

We went into this place on a whim and we’re blown away by their food. The gyoza is hand made every morning and gets sold out quickly so I would recommend that you get that. The noodles were also amazing. They have hand-pulled noodle option and I regret not getting that but the soup and the ingredients they used seem very authentic. Be careful of the portions because we couldn’t finish everything that we ordered but I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Chinese noodle place!

All taste ! 5+ star. It’s a relative new restaurant in the area and it’s very great in flavor, texture and service! The girl was super friendly and introduced us some of their best popular dishes. All stand-out. The jelly dessert is a complimentary today, very refreshing!

Nice service, good pricing for what you get, and surprisingly quick service. Noodles tasted great! I asked for mild spice, the spice was perfect and it did not overpower the rest of the flavours. Yummy texture and great amount of sauce, not too salty and full of flavour. The dry noodles came with broth on the side. The server also gave us some complimentary hawthorne berry jelly dessert. Only complaint is that the place is quite small and can be busy, but it was worth it. Will definitely be coming back.

Very good service and friendly staff. Food was very tasty - loved the dandan noodles and the garlic chili dumplings. Not too expensive but quality food! + Complimentary dessert was so refreshingly cool after the meal. Definitely coming back with my dad and friends.Food: 5/5

My new favourite noodle restaurant in the Tri-cities! Came here twice in one week. The restaurant is small and cozy. We tried the Chili garlic dumplings, pan fried pork dumplings, veg spring rolls, chilli chicken feet, Szechuan chili wonton, Dan Dan Noodles, Chongqing beef noodle, noodle soup with beef brisket and Chongqing pork ribs noodle. The noodles are the perfect texture and the sauce and broth were so delicious. Also loved the chili garlic and chili wonton. Many of the noodles you can order spicy or non-spicy but the beef is marinated in a spicy sauce so there will still be a little bit of spice. Our server was very friendly and made some suggestions for our first visit and also suggested other dishes for when we come back which we ordered on our second visit. We were also given a complimentary lightly sweetened cold jelly dessert. I definitely recommend trying this restaurant if you love noodles.

First time here and was impressed with the food and service! I got the beef tripe noodle which had a rich broth with fresh noodles. The cucumber salad was also fresh and delicious. The owner lady offered me a free dessert which I don’t know the name of that was super refreshing. Thank you!

Amazing China food. Fantastic price-to-value ratio and great customer service. A big plus is plentiful free parking around the restaurant. It's my new personal favorite restaurant. Vegetarian options: There are very tasty vegetarian entrees here! Parking: Plentiful free parking in the area. Also, there's free parking on Sunday!

First time at this restaurant and i really liked the small cozy atmosphere of the place. It was pouring rain outside and it felt like a great place to get some hot and spicy food to warm up! I got the chitterlings chongching spicy noodles and it was very good! Noodles had a nice chew and there was a nice amount of sauce! I want to come back and try other dishes! The nice thing about the menu is there is an accompanying photo book of each dish so you can see what you'll be ordering.

Very good newly opened restaurant!! Great flavor and serving attitudes, the dishes triggered my childhood memories. Definitely recommended to go!
