My experience at Derouard dealership was a wonderful experience, very excellent customer service. I am well pleased and satisfied. I should say a big thank you to Chris N. He is the best, he's knowledgeable about the suv, he answer all my questions and ensure everything is complete before I drove off the lot. I highly recommend Derouard motors
I purchased a RAM from Derouard's recently and I cannot say enough about the great service I had. Nick and Chris went above and beyond to ensure I got what in wanted. There seems to have been some leadership changes and a big culture shift at this dealership recently. They clearly have made customer satisfaction their number one priority. As we transition out of the pandemic, our society is still experiencing the lingering effects, especially in procurement of parts. Derouard's is not immune to this, but their ability to adapt and accommodate me when there was a delay for an important item for my truck, was nothing short of stellar. If you new a new vehicle and want to feel like a customer, and not a possible commission cheque, go to Derouard's.
I don't know where to begin. This dealership is amazing. Had a mechanic look at my vehicle right away when every other garage was booking 3 months in advance. Their mechanic Murray Zandburgen could not do enough for us in a stranded situation passing through Kenora. Their entire staff are knowledgeable and friendly with only my best interest in mind. I will never forget this experience and am forever grateful as I know you will be too for being a Dersoard customer.
My old car breakdown on a 4000km trip, and these guys were absolutely brilliant for selling me one of their used car. In 24h of my first call, we were back on the road. Inspection was done, the car is great and Derouard team handled the situation super good. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a used car. !! 10/10 !
I was very leery going to a Dodge dealership based on past experiences. These guys were beyond awesome. The price was very fair and they kept me informed the whole way through. Extra kudos to Shawn and Murray.
Didn’t have a positive experience with the parts department. Had to wait over an hour for a parts call back for a quote. When Mark called back, Found him very ignorant and cold. Ordered from Winnipeg.
Derouard Motors is Best place to purchase a New vehicle. All vehicles are amazing!!! Great staff and very helpful and very pleasant. Atmosphere in the building is so welcoming and the lady at front desk is very nice and polite..
Requested a quote for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with all options, did not get a reply by email. When in person and dropped off the specs and contact information. A week later still do not have a reply. Now purchasing from another dealership. They lost out on a $64,000 sale. Can't give them zero starts as it won't let me post this.
They suffer a severe TDS at this dealership. More than likely support the violent Antifa . Probably should just avoid this place. Using children to spout their political views is about as low as it gets. Trump supporters should especially boycott.
I had to get some recall work done and my car and they were great, I was able to get shuttled yo and from work to pick up my car and I was very happy!
