It is a typical Tim Hortons. Staff seemed fine, they have a drive through. They have a mobile pickup area as well. Washrooms weren't anything special but kinda clean.

Staff I came across were super friendly. Grabbed a double shot of espresso for a 12 hour drive to Wawa. Washroom had soap. Hard to be sad.

Gave me a leaky cup and when I asked for another cup, they gave me another leaking one.... Had to drink my coffee quickly as it leaked threw two cups.... First time for that.

It was the only Tim Hortons open in Kenora and our truck was too big to fit through the drive thru and we had been driving/working for 12 hours and really needed a coffee. Thankfully the two excellent gentlemen working were sympathetic to our dilemma and brought us out 2 coffees!!! Can't say enough good things about this Tim's 5 Stars in my book!
