Super excited to put up our Grinch blowup, thanks guys! My wife and I were just in Thunder Bay and we went to the Home Depot there. We really love our Christmas blowups and decorating our yard. We saw the coolest Grinch blowup there and tried to buy it. The display was their last one but they refused to sell it to us. They knew they weren’t getting anymore but wanted to keep it on display for another week before selling it. We were in Kenora next at this Canadian Tire. What do you know? Another Grinch blowup and it happens to be the last one again. Now comes the awesome customer service. The employees immediately started calling the manager and they all worked together to take it down and package it all up for us. We didn’t have to ask, we didn’t have to beg. They made us feel great and we are so excited to get our Grinch blowup outside. Thanks for putting your customers first and also for the amazing team work. Very happy employees and great customer service. What a difference between the two experiences. Thanks for making us feel special guys.

Eliza from the auto parts department was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific spark plug for my motorcycle and she was very knowledgeable about the products. I was looking for a jack to store my Harley in a few months and she recommended several options. Eliza was so easy to talk to. She made a few suggestions on the products. I ended up buying what she suggested and when I got home and test fit it for my trike it was spot on. Great job Eliza, you are doing a great job. Customer service was incredible. This store is pretty great. A lot of items relevant to camping, boating, cats. Looks like a better selection I am used to in Winnipeg.
